Initial membership fees will be as follows:

	Individual	$40 individual - with $15 refund after 25 working hours done
	Family	$50 family (of same household) with $15 dollar refund after 25 working hours done

Note: Working hours may be accumulated by attending monthly 1 hr Meetings, Setup & takedown of targets for shoots and monthly range working parties held on the Saturday, following the first Thursday of the month. Meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month during winter months at the Can-Do-Inn at Rocky Point.

Annual Membership Renewal fees are due each January 1st - The fee is NOT pro-rated.

Range Key/Combination Eligibility: Upon payment of dues, each applicant will be provided with a colored Membership Card and the Range gate combination. Monthly club meetings are held the first Thursday of every month at the Can-Do-Inn at Rocky Point during winter months followed by The Range working party on the immediate following Saturday. During spring, summer and fall, meetings are held on the first Saturday in combination with The Range working party. Members are encouraged to attend all meetings/working parties. An adult will accompany any member under the age of 18 years old when using ANY PORTION of the archery range.

Rules of the Whidbey Island Bowmen’s Club

The following Rules of the Range to be complied with by all members and their guest.

SAFETY IS TO BE OBSERVED FIRST AND FOREMOST
An adult Club member of good standing must accompany any youth under the age of eighteen (18).
Participation by general membership of the Club is required for all working parties and range cleanup as required.
Spectators must remain behind shooters at all times.
Rules governing shooters, range usage, tournaments etc., are to be posted on the bulletin board located at the range.
Warm-up and walk through ranges are controlled by the president at all times.
Range shall be closed to all personnel on the day prior to any tournament except to those personnel directly involved with the setting the range.
NO ALCOHOL OR CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE IS ALLOWED AT THE RANGE AT ANY TIME. NO EXCEPTION WILL BE ALLOWED.
Archery range and practice area will remain closed between the hours of DUSK – 0600 daily. Any deviation from this policy must be cleared through the CLUB PRESIDENT, and NAS SECURITY must be notified prior to the event requiring access to the range during off limit hours.
All pets are the responsibility of their owners and must be cleaned up after and controlled at all times.
Occasional guest are allowed to use the range. These guest are defined as "Visitors to the club members household who is in good standing in the Club", and are limited to a maximum of three (3) visits per year.
